Nonprofit Finance Fund Welcomes Hassan Kingsberry to its Board

NEW YORK, NY — June 21, 2023 — Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) is pleased to welcome Hassan T. Kingsberry, Esq. to its Board of Directors. As the Town Attorney for Wake Forest, North Carolina, and co-pastor of Rebirth and Renewal Church International, Kingsberry brings a breadth of expertise to the role. His professional experience spans law, education, and pastoral leadership.  

“Hassan's role as a community leader, along with his knowledge and passion for NFF’s mission will make him a great asset to our Board,” said NFF Board Chair Georgette Wong. “We are thrilled to have Hassan’s counsel as NFF strives to continually align its work with evolving community needs.”  

Kingsberry is a native of Warren County, North Carolina. After earning a BA in Public Policy Analysis from UNC, Kingsberry attended North Carolina Central University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and North Carolina and served as the County Attorney for Warren County for many years prior to his current role in Wake Forest. Kingsberry also has been an educator with a passion for mentoring and developing youth leadership and character. He taught high school social studies at his alma mater while he obtained a Master’s in School Administration from UNC. He went on to serve as an assistant principal, principal, and central office administrator in Franklin and Halifax counties. Kingsberry obtained a Master's in Divinity from Regent University. Kingsberry and his wife, Dr. Francemise Kingsberry, pastor Rebirth and Renewal Church International.
