Change Capital Fund: Highlights of Year One and Grantee Updates

The Change Capital Fund launched in 2014 as a collaborative effort among 17 foundations and financial institutions to harness the strength of community development corporations to reduce poverty in high-need New York City neighborhoods. Nonprofit Finance Fund is honored to be a partner with the Change Capital Fund and the Donor’s Representative on the design and implementation of the technical assistance program for the grantees and their business plans in this innovative initiative, as well as serving as the lead technical assistance provider to the grantees for developing their outcomes-based revenue and business models.
